The Juste un Clou “Precious Garage” Touring Experience
A touring experience for Cartier’s Juste un Clou, built on the collection’s nail-and-hardware origin — a design conceived in 1970s New York that turned an ordinary nail into fine jewelry . An everyday 40-foot shipping container was drenched in gold and traveled the country as the centerpiece of the Precious Garage, its ceiling nail-punched so golden rays rained down and tracked each guest’s movement. Around it, garage tropes were reimagined in gold — a champagne-serving gas-pump bar, a golden tool-clad performance stage, and live artist sets — with a #FollowTheClou invitation at every stop.

As Associate Designer, I helped develop the spatial visualizations and floor plan — the container threshold, the gilded interior, and the garage installations — translating Juste un Clou’s bold, avant-garde edge into immersive, golden space.
